Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched after 1-2 days from the time the purchase is placed.
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item in its packaging and cost of packaging. Items weighing 13 ounces or less are sent via USPS First Class Mail. This gives you a tracking number, which will be emailed to you.
Items weighing over 13 ounces are sent via Priority Mail. Shipping fees include insurance.
In an effort to be environmentally responsible, as few packaging materials as possible are used. Paper receipts are not included in orders. If you would like one, please request one.

Buyer is responsible for making sure that the shipping address is correct at time of purchase. Customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping address, and any shipping errors that may occur as a result of an incorrect address.

Backordered items will be prepared on best effort. You should expect 5 – 30 days of processing time depending on the item and order queue. Send me an email for an estimate time.

Beezoobykate is not responsible for shipping delays or returned packages due to delays at customs, or due to labor disputes or other disruptions by any domestic postal carrier.

Lost packages

If it looks as if your package might have been lost in transit please contact me. In the event that a package is lost in the mail, I will resend the items out after confirming with the post office that the package has been lost or credit you for the cost of the items minus shipping charges. If the order was a “special order” where I had to order special yarns or materials, cost of those items may be taken into consideration when issuing the credit. Please know that in rare cases the USPS may take up to 15 days to deliver first class or priority mail within the US. Packages can get mis-laid from time to time by the postal service but are normally found and delivered. For International orders, please wait at least 45 days before contacting me about a missing package.
Buyer is responsible for having a secure area for the package to be delivered. Items that are lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the USPS are the responsibility of the buyer, and not the responsibility of my shop or the USPS.
If an item is returned to me by the post office as “undeliverable” for any reason I can resend it to the buyer, with buyer re-purchasing new postage.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, whether by faulty design or by rough transit please contact me immediately. Depending on the situation I will work with you to either replace, fix, exchange, or return the item, and I will help with filing a USPS claim.

Returns and cancellations

A cancellation of an order can be requested within 24 hours from the purchase by sending an email to support@beezoobykate.com

Product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays the return shipping. Once I receive the returned item you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping charges for returns. I reserve the right to withhold refunds on returns until the item is returned to me. Items must be in new, unworn/unused condition.
I will NOT accept worn, stretched or damaged items or items with traces of perfume and/or tobacco.

Return to Sender: Any packages  marked “refused,” “return to sender”, “not called for”, “undeliverable” etc. by the buyer or postal service upon arrival and are sent back to me (opened or unopened) are not eligible for a shipping refund, and may or may not be subject to a full or partial refund of the item unless previously agreed upon between me and the buyer prior to the return. If an item is returned as “undeliverable” I can re-send the package by request. Buyer pays for new postage.

Payment

Payments are processed through the Stripepayment system.
Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Additional policies and FAQs

Customer service is very important to me. I strive to get back to any messages you may send me as soon as possible but during the busy holiday season, I may only have time to check my messages a couple of times a day. It was also very important to me to get orders completed and sent out as soon as possible which is why I don’t get to my messages more often. Thank you for your understanding and know that I will respond to your messages as soon as I can.
